Fortunately, we were able to upgrade backgrounds, finishes, fixtures, and appliances in the clients’ newly purchased and partially constructed spec home. Installation of architectural details like interior crown, base, and casing moldings added to the charm and warmth of this lovely home.

We created an inviting al fresco seating and dining space graced by a handsome fireplace. The couple prized the easy flow from indoors to out for entertaining family and friends, high on their wish list.

Ardent beach lovers, this family enjoys the sand and ocean color palette of sunshine yellow, coral, aqua, chartreuse, and blue and white accents. These bright and warm colors add to the beauty and appeal of their new home.
